Healing through Pranayama, Asana and Diet
The Ayurvedic art of Shamana is an ancient system of healing through balancing and pacifying all three doshas by number of therapies. Shamana can eliminate symptoms of disease and can also serve as a prevention.
This system comprises seven main therapies:
1. DIPANA, which means kindling Agni the internal fire, which helps to burn and brake down food to become absorbable.
2. PACHANA, burning ama or toxins.
3. KSUT NIGRAHA, fasting or monodiet to cleanse the body
4. TRUT NIGRAHA observing thirst and adjusting the liquid intake according to dosha
5. VYAYAMA , balancing through YOGA and forms of exercise
6. ATAPA SEVA, bathing in sunlight or moonlight
7. MARUTA SEVA, doing PRANAYAMA, Knowledge of this system of Shamana can be very helpful to any yoga practitioner or anyone who would like to stay healthy.
Through these four days we will go through every single therapies with main focus on Pranayama and yoga. We will also go through basic herbs and how to apply them in simple remedies for basic diseases like cold, cough, fever, stomach ache, urinary tract infection, fatigue, constipation and other.
YOGA, PRANAYAMA & ADJUSTMENTS INTENSIVE
Yoga intensive program is for any yoga practitioner who would like to deepen his awareness of the physical or subtle
body. Its an opportunity to gather your strength and focus to explore your inner self through daily practice of asana,
pranayama and meditation. An opportunity to get out of the cosy warm winter sleep and work to be more alert and
present and prepared for the year ahead with full strength and balanced mind.
Fasting & Detoxification
Fasting and detoxification can be an uplifting experience that enhances health and attitude, depending on why and how it is done. One may fast by eating nothing, eating a single food, or by eliminating one or more foods from the diet. The fast can last a day to several days, or for several weeks. Almost all modern affluent people need to fast from a lifelong daily schedule of three meals supplemented with between-meal snacks.
Hip openers advanced anatomy
The hips are usually one of the tightest places of our body. One could ask WHY? Well the answer is very simple; our lifestyles are so sedentary, which makes our hips closer and stiffer. Just look at the children until they start to go to school and sit for long periods of time their hips are very flexible, and unless they keep up some sport, their bodies become stiffer. Sometimes the sports also could be the reasons for the hips to be stiff, caused by not stretching after practices.People after such a lifestyle of approximately 100 steps a day naturally have a sense of tight hips so they are drawn to a yoga class. But sometimes when they start working on the hips, opening it can be quite an experience, which could be satisfactory and sometimes just too hard to bear. So it’s our responsibility as a yoga teachers to present the best sequence and intensity suited to everyone to help (TT 500 25 sati).
Inversions and Arm Balances Advanced Anatomy
Practicing yoga give us so many opportunities to learn to overcome chalanges. At first its on the mat practicing asanas which we can carry out to our everyday lifes. The Arm balances and inversions are two pose categories that clearly integrates oposites within the body.
AYURVEDA AND EMOTIONS
People have their five senses to use as a guide. Like the ancient Ayurvedic sages, you can use your five sense organs to learn about your body. This workshop will outline how to use your senses to understand your relationship to food. The keystone to a good relationship with food is an exploration of how your body experiences food, both the eating of food and its effects on your body afterwards. Chili peppers make you sweat. Lemonade is refreshing. A hearty soup warms you up on a cold day. In Ayurveda, the different experiences you have with each food are the actual medicinal effects used to create your healing. In addition to your experiences of food, you will also explore the many varieties, nuances, and origins of hunger. Instead of battling your food cravings, you will delve into them with curiosity, wonder, and a sense of adventure. Through this process of self-examination you will learn how emotions, your body, and hunger are inextricably linked, and how you can manage some of the deep forces within that drive your decisions and behavior around food...
AYURVEDA AS A SIMPLE APPROACH IN DAILY DIET AND LIVING
Ayurveda sees medicine and diet as complementary rather than separate. No one can expect to retain vitality, recover from disease, or succeed in the practice of Yoga without the appropriate knowledge of the powerful effect diet has on physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual progress. Indeed, yogis place great emphasis on diet as an integral part of the successful practice of any spiritual discipline. Ayurvedic knowledge being quite vast can become overwhelming, which encouraged me to prepare a simple way to understand the principles. I would like to show you how to apply Ayurveda to everyday preparation of food and living so your body and mind stays balanced and you don't spend hours on researching and study this beautiful art of living. We will learn practically about the ingredients which are available in Europe and implement the doshic principles as we prepare food in fast and easy way....More info

Learn to cook according to your dosha! Nutrition has become a major topic of concern of present generation. We are living in times when people are concerned about their health and prevention of disease. Food has been studied and for centuries considered as major tool and influence on body and mind.
